Are you an experienced Professional Land Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Our client is seeking someone like you to head up their survey team in Springfield/Ozark, Missouri. This permanent position offers the opportunity to take charge of expanding the group and bringing on board new clients while hand-picking your own professional land surveyors.
Responsibilities:
As our ideal candidate, we expect that you possess the following skills and qualifications:
Survey Calculations
You should have excellent ability when it comes down to performing mathematical calculations required during surveys. Additionally, reading/comprehending plans will be necessary.
AutoCAD & Civil 3D Knowledge
Having knowledge about AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design) software used by architects or engineers as well as Civil 3D which specializes in civil engineering design would come handy at this job role too!
Equipment Knowledge
Operating Total Stations, Dataloggers, RTK, and GPS equipment all require specialized training. If these are things that interest/excite/you're good with then consider applying!
Field Crew Coordination Ability
Being able to coordinate field crews and make communicating between teams more efficient ensuring everyone completes tasks within timeframes set out - vital skill needed here!
Property & Research Surveys Competence
Ability conducting research into properties involved can save lots of money, time & effort! Experience completing ALTA, Boundary Topographic Surveys along with Construction Staking essential.
