Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Introduction:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team in the beautiful city of South Bend, Indiana. This permanent position offers competitive compensation with a salary package of $110000.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex water treatment and wastewater infrastructure construction projects from conception through completion including but not limited to:
1. Planning & Execution
- Develop strategies that address risk mitigation measures.
- Identify problems before they occur by working closely with engineering teams.
2. Budgeting & Financial Management
- Perform cost estimates using software tools.
- Track expenses against budgets throughout every stage of each project life-cycle phase (planning/design/implementation/closeout).
3.Teamwork
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, contractors etc., ensuring everyone understands roles/responsibility expectations while fostering collaboration among colleagues so deliverables are achieved effectively without delays.
Skills Required:
We're looking for someone who has exceptional skills across several areas such as; strong communication abilities both written/oral ; ability to work under pressure independently whilst having excellent organisational/time-management qualities along attention-to-detail focus on quality control/assurance processes.
