Project Planning: Work closely with clients and design teams to understand project requirements, establish clear goals, budgets, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans and feasibility studies.
Construction Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant construction, including site preparation, material selection, equipment installation, and overall project execution.
Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Source and engage reliable contractors, suppliers, and vendors. Manage bidding processes and negotiate contracts.
