Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and key account management within the renewable energy industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the renewable energy sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads generated through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and operations, to develop comprehensive proposals and quotes for renewable energy projects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and key account management experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with customers and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to close deals and drive win-win outcomes.
