Our client, an employee-owned multi-discipline firm with 30 offices across the US and Canada, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their Water Resources team. As Regional Stormwater Lead for the Midwest region encompassing cities such as Kansas City, St Louis, Chicago and Indianapolis among others; you will be responsible for developing projects while supervising staff through all stages of project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams throughout multiple locations including Missouri (Kansas City /St Louis)
- Develop new clients & establish rapport
- Build out your own engineering group
- Work towards creating goals that align with company objectives.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
-Bachelor's degree holder preferably in civil/related field
-Minimum eight years experience required working on hydrologic/hydraulic modeling/storm-water Engineering Projects.
-Certification desirable but not mandatory
