Role: East Coast Asset Management Lead
Location: Atlanta (REMOTE)
Salary : $150k - 250k (negotiable)

Our client is an internationally recognised environmental engineering firm specialising in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. With a vision to become the leading water consulting firm, our client is actively seeking motivated and talented individuals to help achieve this goal. Currently, they are looking to hire a East Coast Asset Management Lead.
Responsibilities
- Experienced in technical delivery of asset management projects for the water and wastewater utility industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry-accepted asset management tools and techniques, including planning, assessments, analysis, programs, and planning.
- Support the development and implementation of asset management plans and programs, including client education, strategic planning, service level objectives, and risk modeling.
- Evaluate utilities asset management activities and provide recommendations for improved operations, maintenance practices, and technology usage.
- Develop service levels, performance measures, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with others to analyse utilities' operational business processes and decision support system solutions.
- Perform analysis of utility databases to support inspection, condition assessment, and planning programs.
- Support the selection and deployment of utility-specific information technology applications.
- Improve asset management technology support with master plans, business process improvement, and data integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 12+ years of utility asset management experience.
- Understanding of water and wastewater operations.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Excellent communication skills for business, project team coordination, and client interaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CMMS, GIS, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Innovyze InfoAsset.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA).
