Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in the Japanese market. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing new sales channels
- Managing the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
- Providing regular reports on sales performance to senior management
