The Scheduler is responsible for working closely with Project Teams to not only update the project schedule but to take a proactive role in helping them identify and overcome any potential delays/impacts to the schedule.
Perform monthly or biweekly schedule updates depending on the needs of the Project. Project updates include but are not limited to collecting actual performance information from the project team, walking the project to better understand the status of the job, entering the data into P6 and correcting all logistic issues onsite, reviewing the project status based on the updated schedule with the project team, working with the team to develop a detailed 6-week look ahead, tracking Percent Plan Complete, and issuing the updated Schedule Reports to the Project Team and Senior Leadership.
