Responsibilities:
- Undertake specific assignments related to fit-out, base building, or infrastructure enhancements; prepares riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans.
- Aid in the organization and coordination of routing for major distribution, primary equipment locations, closets, shafts, and risers.
- Examines shop drawings, conducts site inspections, and assists in punch-list activities under the guidance of senior team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Engage in tasks related to electrical distribution, circuiting, and associated calculations for electrical systems.
- Develop layouts for switchgear, generators, and panels, and conducts basic calculations for electrical loads and voltage drop using calculation software.
- Conduct site visits for surveys, punch lists, and design assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
- 2-3 years of experience in MEP design engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Basic familiarity with design software tools, with preference given to experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
