My Client a mid-sized integration firm based out of Baltimore, specialising in cleared work and federal projects is looking to increase their headcount after winning yet another federal project! My client is offering organic growth, company stocks and flexibility to its employees.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
- 7+ years security integration experience
- Experience working on Federal Projects using: Lenel, Hirsch, Identiv & Avigillon.
- Experience leading and managing a team of technicians
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair security systems including access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, and intercom systems.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure successful project completion within given deadlines and budget.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with security systems.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely and effective communication with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with new security system technologies and industry advancements.
- Create project schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
