Responsibilities:
- Estimate the costs associated with paving, grading, and wet utility projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop accurate and competitive cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material pricing.
- Evaluate and understand the scope of work, project requirements, and constraints.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in estimating paving, grading, and wet utility projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with industry software for estimating.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
