One of the nations leading construction management firms are seeking a Senior Level Project Manager for an ambitious and unique federal construction contract.
Experience within vertical construction, built in conjunction with federal agencies is required. Line item management through long term procurement supply chains will be a large component of this job as well.
Handling and managing subcontracted workers is highly desirable.
The firm is flexible on the start of the position, which they see as being remote, followed by relocation to Denver. Within the first year, the SPM will make an 8 week trip to Antarctica to take stock of current work and handle logistics for upcoming work.
