LVI Associates is currently seeking a talent Senior Project Manager in Adelaide to join a multidisciplinary consulting firm that offers a wide range of services including environmental sciences, engineering, and project management.
The Opportunity:
Our Mining Infrastructure & Delivery team offers engineering design and project management services to mining and industrial clients across Australia. Due to growth in our Adelaide office, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage major projects throughout the project life cycle, from concept to detailed design, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee project management aspects, including Risk, Governance, and Design Management.
- Implement Project Controls, Contracts Administration, Construction Management, and Cost Planning into project systems and processes.
- Lead Pursuit and/or Proposal Manager roles on proposals to drive success with internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with client-facing representatives execute market and client strategies, ensuring high levels of client service and opportunity.
- Utilize strategic capabilities to foster client relationships and drive dynamic business growth.
- Inspire and develop a multidisciplinary team, envisioning a leadership path within the organization.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in the resources sector. Local South Australia experience would be ideal!
- Established relationships in the resource sector.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, along with relevant technical, commercial experience, and demonstrated leadership. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer would be preferred.
- Demonstrated design experience in either design (open to those transitioning into Project Management) or Project Management, delivering full life cycle on Resources/Mining projects.
- Previous site experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
