Our client, a leading construction company in Raleigh North Carolina is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience managing water/wastewater treatment plant projects from conception through completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as engineers, architects and contractors to ensure timely delivery within scope.
- Ensure compliance with regulations set by relevant authorities governing the design of water treatment facilities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications;
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Proven track record (over 15 years) working on high-profile engineering/construction Projects; specifically building water & wastewater plants
3.Project Management certification e.g PMP/CAPM would be preferred but not required
Skills Required:
In addition to these requirements above we are also looking for someone who has demonstrated skills/experience below;
1.Excellent leadership abilities - Must demonstrate strong communication capabilities along-side exceptional problem-solving techniques that support decision making processes across different levels/teams.
2.Strong financial acumen - Ability to develop budgets from scratch projecting costs accurately throughout the life cycle of each project while monitoring actual vs planned expenditure regularly,
3.Computer Proficiency - Extensive knowledge using LVI computer software system which supports plumbing systems designs.
Salary Information:
$130,000 - $160,000 per annum
