Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects, particularly those aligned with TxDOT standards and specifications.

- Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports, feasibility studies, and design recommendations in adherence to TxDOT guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success.
- Oversee field inspections, site assessments, and construction monitoring activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of 8 years of geotechnical engineering experience with a strong focus on TxDOT projects.
