Company Overview
Currently partnered with a growing Mechanical & Plumbing Contractor specializing in medium-large scale industrial and commercial construction projects. They're currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for large project in Kentucky but have projects across The South.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Mechanical scope of work on the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders to ensure that MEP work is integrated seamlessly with other disciplines
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Mechanical construction
- Experience working on projects over $20M in value
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing/piping systems, HVAC and construction practices
- Experience working on Data Centers, Semiconductors, Hospitals, Manufacturing facilities and/or Clean Room projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
