Position: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of their projects by:
- Leading all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of deep underground wet utilities projects, including sewer, water, and stormwater systems.
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Providing leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience Needed: The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities and large diameter pipe projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- Extensive knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Qualifications Needed:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in the Portland area.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
