Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in building enclosure consulting, repair, waterproofing and roofing of a range of buildings, exterior walls, restoration and testing/inspection, FISP, LL11 work, construction administration.
- Experience working with NYCHA and a focus on field work preferred.
