This role requires a seasoned Professional Engineer (PE) with a proven track record in traffic planning, project management, and team leadership.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership to the traffic planning team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of traffic engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
- Utilize your expertise in traffic planning and engineering to contribute to the development of creative and effective solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of traffic plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in traffic planning and engineering.
- Proven experience in project management, including successful project delivery.
