Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage project teams and ensure that all team members are working effectively
- Winning new business through business development and technical expertise
- Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Over 7 years of direct experience in construction management
- Experience leading MDOT and local municipality projects
- Strong technical, leadership, and management skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service
Bonus:
- Experience/Knowledge of storm water system, sanitary sewer, road, and water main
- PE License
