Travelling Superintendent - Data Center Construction
Our client is seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent to join their team in the United States. This permanent position offers competitive compensation of $120,000 - $180,000 per year and provides opportunities to work on exciting projects across different locations.
Job Summary:
As our new travelling superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing data center construction from start to finish. You'll ensure that all operations are completed within budget and timeline while maintaining high quality standards. Our ideal candidate should have experience working with building construction, mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities at various job sites
- Supervise subcontractors' performance according to contract requirements
- Monitor project timelines and budgets effectively
- Maintain communication channels between internal teams/clients & contractors/vendors
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess relevant industry knowledge or experience in one or more areas listed below-
1) Building / Construction Industry Experience - We require someone who has hands-on involvement preferably 5 years supervisory level expereince managing commercial builds including complex electrical systems..
2) Mission-Critical Facilities - Direct exposure towards designing/building/maintaining environments
3) Superintendence Skills - Ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects simultaneously along with strong negotiation skills .
