A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our client's team as a Vice President of Mechanical Construction. Our client is a reputable company that specializes in providing mechanical construction services across various sectors including healthcare, data centres, commercial buildings, warehouses and multifamily properties.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager) etc.
Skills Required:
Estimating:
The ideal candidate must have the ability to accurately estimate project costs by analyzing drawings, specifications and other documentation related to projects. They should also be able to provide recommendations on how best practices can be implemented during estimating processes.
MEP Construction:
As the VP of mechanical construction at our client's firm you will need expertise around MEP -Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Systems so that you can lead your teams effectively while working with contractors from other trades like electricians or plumbers who would require coordination throughout any given project lifecycle.
MECHANICAL:
Our clients seek candidates having vast years' worths of experience dealing specifically with designing HVAC(Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) installations along side their installation onto large scale industrial/commercial developments making sure it happens safely without causing harm/damage.
North Carolina :
Familiarity/experience working on similar job sites/projects located anywhere within N.C could prove advantageous when reviewing specific jobsite constraints/requirements versus what needs doing whilst staying compliant under relevant state regulations.
