My Client is currently seeking a highly motivated experienced engineer to work under the guidance of an experienced engineer performing planning, design and construction projects associated with municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure systems in our Orlando or Tampa office.

Responsibilities
- Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks. Assignments are designed to further develop judgement and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities
- Exercise judgement limited to developing details of work in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
- Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and specifications
- Assist with field work
- Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Education and Experience
- B.S. Degree, M.S. preferred in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 3-6 Years of Experience in Engineering for Municipal Utilities (Water/Wastewater)
- Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
- Knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as AutoCAD,
- GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models or other water modeling software)
- Work well in multidisciplinary team environments and ability to meet deadline
- Must have strong oral presentation skills and strong written communication skills
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE)
